In particular, We believe it is important for You to know how We treat information about You that We may receive from this Website “www.livesauda.com” and Application “LIVESAUDA”, hereto referred as “Platform”.

In general, You can visit this Platform without telling Us who You are or revealing any information about Yourself. Our web servers collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses of visitors.

There are portions of this Platform where We may need to collect personal information from You for a specific purpose. The information collected from You may include Your name, address, telephone, mobile number, or e-mail address, etc. This Privacy Policy is applicable to any personal information, which is given by You to Us (“User Information”) via this Platform and is devised to help You feel more confident about the privacy and security of Your personal details. This Privacy Policy states the following:

  1. The type of information collected from the Users, including Personal Information (as defined below) and Sensitive Personal Data or Information (as defined below) relating to an individual;

  3. How and to whom KBJD will disclose such information.

Generally some of the Services require us to know who you are so that we can best meet your needs. When you access the Services, or through any interaction with us via emails, telephone calls or other correspondence, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us with certain information that personally identifies you or could be used to personally identify you. You hereby consent to the collection of such information by KBJD.   4. GST Number, Subsidiary Company General Information and Owner/Staff Id and Number.
  5. Any other information that you voluntarily choose to provide to us (such as information shared by you with us through emails or letters.

All the information provided to KBJD by any User, including Personal Information or any Sensitive Personal Data or Information, is voluntary. You understand that KBJD may use certain information of yours, which has been designated as Personal Information or ‘Sensitive Personal Data or Information’ under the SPI Rules, (a) for the purpose of providing you the Services, (b) for commercial purposes and in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form for research, statistical analysis and business intelligence purposes, (c) for sale or transfer of such research, statistical or intelligence data in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form to third parties and affiliates (d) for communication purpose so as to provide You a better way of booking appointments and for obtaining feedback in relation to the Buyers/Sellers and their services, (e) debugging customer support related issues. KBJD also reserves the right to use information provided by or about the Buyers/Sellers for the following purposes:

  1. Publishing such information on the Platform.
  2. Contacting Buyers/Sellers for offering details about new business opportunities.
  3. Contacting Buyers/Sellers for Service feedback.
  4. Analyzing software usage patterns for improving product design and utility.
  5. Analyzing anonymized practice information for commercial use.

Collection, use and disclosure of information which has been designated as Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information’ under the SPI Rules requires your express consent. By affirming your assent to this Privacy Policy, you provide your consent to such use, collection and disclosure as required under applicable law.

Payments:

KBJD may require the User to pay with a credit card, wire transfer, debit card and cheques for Services for which subscription amount(s)/Service Charge(s)/Goods and Service Tax is/are payable. KBJD will collect such User’s credit card number and/or other financial institution information such as bank account numbers and will use that information for the billing and payment processes, including but not limited to the use and disclosure of such credit card number and information to third parties as necessary to complete such billing operation. Verification of credit information, however, is accomplished solely by the User through the authentication process. User’s credit-card/debit card details are transacted upon secure sites of approved payment gateways which are digitally under encryption, thereby providing the highest possible degree of care as per current technology. However, KBJD provides you an option not to save your payment details. User is advised, however, that internet technology is not full proof safe and User should exercise discretion on using the same.

Accounts & Usage:

User may have limited access to the Platform without creating an account. Unregistered Users can only browse through the Platform to view the services provided and generally browse through the content. In order to have access to all the features and benefits on our Platform, a User must first create an account. To create an account, a User is required to provide the following information, which such User recognizes and expressly acknowledges is Personal Information allowing others, including KBJD to identify the User: name, registered address, other addresses User ID, email address, country, ZIP/postal code, age, landline and mobile number, GST number and PAN card number, password chosen by the User and other valid financial account information and other information requested on the registration page, including the ability to receive promotional offers from KBJD is optional. KBJD may, in future, include other optional requests for information from the User to help KBJD to customize the Platform.

BUYERS/SELLERS NOTE:

This section applies to all Buyers/Sellers registered with LIVESAUDA to render services to End Users and any such other Buyers/Sellers associated with LIVESAUDA

As part of the registration as well as the application creation and submission process that is available to Buyers/Sellers on LIVESAUDA Platform, certain information, including Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information is collected from the Buyers/Sellers.

All the statements in this Privacy Policy apply to all Buyers/Sellers, and all Buyers/Sellers are therefore required to read and understand the privacy statements set out herein prior to submitting any Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information to KBJD, failing which they are required to leave the Services, including the Platform immediately.

Buyers/Sellers personally identifiable information, which they choose to provide to KBJD and LIVESAUDA, is used to help the Buyers/Sellers describe and identify themselves. This information is exclusively owned by KBJD. You will be the owner of your information and you consent to KBJD collecting, using, processing and/or disclosing this information for the purposes hereinafter stated. KBJD may use such information for commercial purposes and in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form for research, statistical analysis and business intelligence purposes, and may sell or otherwise transfer such research, statistical or intelligence data in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form to third parties and affiliates. KBJD also reserves the right to use information provided by or about the Buyers/Sellers for the following purposes:

  1. Publishing such information on the Platform.
  2. Contacting Buyers/Sellers for offering new products or services subject to the telephone number registered with the DNC Registry.
  3. Contacting Buyers/Sellers for taking product feedback.
  4. Analyzing software usage patterns for improving product design and utility.
  5. Analyzing anonymized practice information including financial, and inventory information for commercial use.

KBJD and LIVESAUDA automatically enables the listing of Buyers/Sellers information on its Platform for every Buyer/Seller added to its platform using its software. The information listed on Platform is displayed when Buyers/Sellers search for a specific buyer/ seller on the Platform, and the information listed on the Platform is used by Buyers/Sellers to request for appointments. Any personally identifiable information of the Buyers/Sellers listed on the Platorm is not generated by KBJD and is provided to KBJD by Buyers/Sellers who wish to enlist themselves on the Platorm, or is collected by KBJD from the public domain. KBJD displays such information on its Platorm on an as-is basis making no representation or warranty on the accuracy or completeness of the information. As such, we strongly encourage Buyers/Sellers to check the accuracy and completeness of their information from time to time, and inform us immediately of any discrepancies, changes or updates to such information.

KBJD and LIVESAUDA may also display information for Buyers/Sellers who have not signed up or registered for the Services, provided that the Buyers/Sellers have consented to KBJD collecting, processing and/or disclosing their information on the Platform. Such Buyers/Sellers are verified by KBJD or its associates, and KBJD makes every effort to capture accurate information for such Buyers/Sellers. However, KBJD does not undertake any liability for any incorrect or incomplete information appearing on the Platorm for such Buyers/Sellers.

Information that you Make Available through usage of our platform

You agree that you will not use our platform for carrying out any transactions that:

  1. You do not have the right to make available under any contractual or fiduciary agreement or law;
  2. Infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
  3. Results in the violation of any applicable law or regulation,;
  4. Is unlawful, harmful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, offensive, or embarrassing to any other person or entity;
  5. Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group;
  6. Promotes illegal activity, trading of illegal or restricted items;
  7. Is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive;
  8. Constitutes an advertisement or solicitation of business; or
  9. Contains viruses or other harmful computer code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the use of any computer software or hardware.
  10. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

When you use our mobile applications, in addition to information described in our Privacy Policy, such as your profile and contact information, we automatically collect certain information from your device including your precise geolocation, information about your device such as the device type, device ID and your usage of our application and whether you are online/offline.
